Dvietes Hinkaļi are a unique type of khinkali, with a recipe adapted to suit popular preferences in Latvia. A distinguishing feature of these khinkali is that all ingredients are finely minced to a smooth consistency, ensuring that no onion pieces are detectable during the meal. Additionally, fresh cilantro has been replaced with dried cilantro to provide a milder flavor.
